Shipping policy

MerchNervana is a collective of individual merchants. In general, all orders ship within 3-5 business days via a shipping method that is most reliable for your geographic location. If any of our merchants have specific shipping policies, they are displayed on the respective product detail pages for their products in our store. Tracking is provided for all shipments. 

Please contact us at customerservice@merchnirvana.com in the event that you did not receive a shipment notification, an email indicating a specific known reason for a delay in shipment, or if your order was not recieved.
